This was a very nice room with a small kitchen area that proved to be very convenient. The building looks a little used up, but when I walked in the room...it was very nice. The location is great, but there was a lot on road construction at the time, so it was chaos. The front desk person was very nice to my wife who had called earlier in the day, concerned for my well being. (no phone service for most of the day had my wife thinking I had crashed my bike somewhere. The front desk was very understanding and passed along her message to me when I checked in). That's above and beyond.

The price, From the outside it looks a rundown old hotel, but rooms inside are really well completely remodeled and modern refurbished and well equiped for short or little longer stay.TIP; book a non smoking room or you will spend the night in and ashtray!!!

Room was great. Exceeded expectations for a motel. Coffee maker, Frig, Microwave were a great addition. Lobby and guest service rep was friendly and quick. Pool was inviting although I never used it.

The room was packed with features for the price. Desk space, a small dining table, drawers, coffee maker, microwave, big fridge and freezer, and an actual nice TV as opposed to most places that advertise having a flatscreen but don't tell you it's a 720p screen from 2006. Towels were very plush, water pressure was firehose worthy, and the bed was the most comfortable than any of the 8 other places I've stayed on my road trip so far. Location was also fantastic with quick access to the highway. Food options were plentiful too, with Denny's literally next door, and Applebee's and Taco Bell (open until 3am) right down the street.

It was super comfortable, and we enjoyed having a kitchenette to make breakfast and coffee in the morning. The staff is friendly and helpful. The value is excellent. I was also able to wash our clothes in the on-site laundry.

I was very surprised when I stayed there. I was actually looking for the motel 6 but booking.com sent me here I'm glad they did. Way better experience than motel 6 in Grand junction anyway. Room was very nice and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants and gas station. Very nice experience I will stay here again.

small but clean room with good bed and pillows and a bigger than dorm sized frig as this hotel has extended stay options powerful shower Quiet and bright room This was the best bargain of our two week travels in CO and UT Grand Junction has more hotel competition and it shows

* well located, close to the exit of the highway and short distance to city center and the National Monument, right next to a Denny's (which made breakfast convenient) * swift check-in and check-out

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The shower had excellent water pressure. The room was equipped with a kitchenette. Close to many restaurants , stores and gas stations. If I am ever in this area again I would definitely stay here again.

No breakfast provided, but Dennys is near. Rooms were nicely upgraded throughout, except shower and its fixtures. All other fixures are new and modern. Nice wall colors were applied. But no pictures hung.
